These Terms govern your use of the Inflection Point mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What the app is

Inflection Point is a strategic journaling and self-improvement app. It is designed for personal development and is not a replacement for therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old to use the app
• You are responsible for your device, account access, and exported data
• You agree to use accurate information where required

3. Purchases and billing

• The app offers a one-time lifetime unlock for $14.99
• Payment is processed through Apple
• The purchase does not auto-renew
• The unlock is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored from Settings
• Refunds are handled under Apple’s refund policies

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the app
• Do not use automated tools to interfere with normal app operation
• Do not use the app for unlawful or harmful activity

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in the app. You are responsible for what you write and for exporting or backing it up when needed.

6. Liability

The app is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If you paid for the app, total liability will not exceed what you paid.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
